Bowl Bit Video - Share File | c2d | 88.00kB |
You can download and use the settings to cut hardwoods with a 3/4" bowl bit.
If you want to add 1/2" or 1" bowl bits to your tool database, alter the feeds and speeds from this file to find a decent starting point for dialing in that alternative bit.

Hey Kevin, I just watched the YouTube video highlighting this file. I was hoping you could share all of the bit settings you ended up with so I can use those as a starting point. I am very new to CNC, just got my SP5 4x2 a few weeks ago and have a 3/4" bowl bit from Spetool that I would like to start playing with. Perhaps I am missing how to replicate the settings based on this file?KevinBarnett posted 1 month ago
Hey Koz, I just saw this comment. The settings for the toolpathing contains the feeds and speeds. Click on the toolpath in question, then the tool in use and the settings will be visible. You must be signed in to leave a comment.
