kids climbing rack made from plywood. first version i made with 28mm roundwood for steps and later made one that fits plywood slats with a roundover. Both hole sizes are included in the file. I cut the plywood slats on the tracksaw. <br />

Design is plenty strong with 18mm plywood, at one point i had 5 toddlers on it at the same time.<br />

The ring of holes fit 6mm dowels and the center hole is for 6mm nut and blot. one side of the dowel holes is slightly larger to aglow it to be tight but still adjustable.
