This Texas shaped tray can be used as a drop tray for keys, rings, etc. or a serving tray for some snacks for your guests! This was designed to be able to pour epoxy in the pockets for a smooth, tough surface.

For tool paths I started with a 1/8 downcut bit to contour the inner pocket shape and the star.
Switch to a 1/4 bit to finish the rest.
Total cut time should be around 20 min.
