Kevin Barnett’s YouTube video about tools got me thinking about a large French Curve for the shop. I’m a noob so the metal tools were a little much but a plywood French Curve 22” by 7.5” was definitely in my skill set.

I grabbed an image online and ran it through InkScape to clean up the image. Over to Carbide Create for the tool paths. I used a 24" wide by 8" tall, 1/4 Baltic Birch plywood board but you could use plexiglass or aluminum. I punched some 1/8” holes in it for the traditional push pin holes. Overall a fun project.
