Having fun making business card holders. I have even lengthened the back end and made two slots. I'll add it to the downloads. I used 3/4" wood stock. I find solid wood works best. I recently did one where I poured epoxy in the logo.

Only need one file.
Use 3/4" solid wood (Can experiment with other).
Double check speeds/feeds for your machine, I tend to run mine faster than default.
I run the bottom of the work piece over my router table to clean up the tabs.
Some pieces I burn with a propane torch, others I stain and use epoxy.
I hand sand between coats.
Most of all, have fun.
