Use contour cuts on the inside and outside (for cut order), or just do an outside cut of the shape itself. Finish with a bit of sandpaper and a nice roundover profile where your hand will touch.

I made one similar. I add 1/4" masonite on either side and soften all the edges (except the bottom) with an 1/8" roundover bit.You must be signed in to leave a comment.
