Stock must be flat and uniform thickness. The design settings are for a stock thickness of 1 inch, if using something thinner keep in mind the the bowl is modeled to a depth of .700". The bit used for the cutout tool path must be long enough to do so without the shank rubbing along the sides as it cuts out the shape. I used the blue tape /CA glue method of hold down but later added clamps at all 4 corners for the cut out routine, just to stay safe. Any questions just send a PM.
