The feeds and speeds on here are pretty conservative I think and were made for hard maple

First, Thank you for the the idea, and especially the files. I made the with a piece of Indian Rosewood (Acacia) turn out wonderful and made a great Mother's day present. JVazerleawoodworks posted 3 years ago
Glad to hear that it worked out! The hard maple I made this out of was way too much of a pain to sand, so I'm sure you had a better time with that wood. In retrospect I would have decreased the stepover on the finishing pass a lot to decrease the amount of sanding needed. Next time. Thanks!AZcnc posted 3 years ago
Great job on this project! Looking forward to using your files on this bowl when I am a little more familiar with my cnc. Thanks for uploading.azerleawoodworks posted 3 years ago
Enjoy - You'll probably want to decrease the stepover on the finishing pass just to make it easier on you during finishing. You must be signed in to leave a comment.
