This project was inspired by Moon Tiles project posted on the Bantam Tools website(https://support.bantamtools.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002823353-Moon-Tiles). To reduce the mesh for the moon file from NASA(https://nasa3d.arc.nasa.gov/detail/moon-nearside-farside) I used the decimate function in Blender. Then I imported the file in to Vectric Vcarve desktop and used a 1/8 tapered ball nose with a 3d finishing toolpath. I couldn't figure out a way to split the file in to 4 equal parts. So I just cut the wood before milling it.
The included Carbide Create file has my design for the brackets. Check the feeds and speeds for your setup.
