Enclosure dimensions roughly 16" high x 17" wide x 12" deep, but can be customized to fit your needs. Mine is constructed from scrap 1/2" and 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood. Front panel is 1/8" thick white polyethylene I got for free from a local sign shop. I spray painted it black prior to cutting and engraving.

Side panel includes holes for air inlet grille. The 4 most outside holes are just a recess to epoxy the nuts into (nuts included with grille). Drill bolt holes by hand prior to epoxying nuts in place.

Front panel worked well for me except that the distance between the power switches and the bit change safety switch wasn't quite enough on the inside, mostly due to the plugs that plug into the back top of the power switches. I resolved it by turning the bit change safety switch sideways when mounting it, but it was a very tight fit and I would slightly rearrange if I remade this in the future.

Some of the items mounted on the panel are designed with small tabs intended to clip into a sheet metal panel. I used a Dremel with a sanding wheel to thin the polyethylene panel just in the areas that needed it for these to lock into place.

I also would avoid my method of a fully bolt on panel. This made the wiring very messy since every wire needs enough slack to pull the panel off. If I redid this I would use a hinge on one side and run all of the wires neatly over the hinge.
