Notes:
I created this file to accommodate both an iPhone XR and an Apple Watch. The cuts still made manually on the one I made is the slot that the upper portion fits into, and the bottom side of the upper portion which slides into that slot. Both of this cuts(bottom of back portion and the dado in the lower section) were cut at 67 degrees on mine, it was just the angle that I liked after eye balling it.
I am sure there are a few adjustments that could be made to improve this, and maybe someone could tidy up things a bit.
I used Amana tool AMS 264 from Tools Today on the build, but ended up just using the bowl bit and the 1/4" end mill on mine, I was done with all the cutting and I didnt want to fool with the point roundover bit. I will be adding some engraving to future builds of this item though. The docking station was finished with a mixture of tung oil and mineral spirits.
