This project lets you use the Philips Hue Go lamp as a "regular" lamp or lantern.

Notes

I used the following magnets to assemble the cylinder where the Hue Go goes in: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07XRB2MM3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The stock used (oak) was 26.5 mm thick. This leaves enough space for the lamp itself. If you have thinner stock, you will need an additional layer to create the cylinder.
