You will need to change the stock thickness in all of the files. You will need a .25 end mill, a .125 end mill and a 60 deg v-bit. Start by cuting out ring 1, ring 2 and two of ring 3. then run the front pocket and face pocket files. These are all done with the .25 end mill. Next you will need to use a 60 deg v-bit and a .125 end mill to carve the face and the back. I have indexing holes in the files, you may want to omit them in the pocket files. I never could get them to line up with the rings. After you glue the four rings together, cut out the top. Next you need to paint the insides and outsides before assembly.
