(Updated with my feeds and speeds for Carbide Create, 26-08-2019) For this project, you should be able to Vcarve by highlighting all vectors except the second from outside triangle and calculating your tool path. The second from outside vector should be profiled along the outside of the vector. This will provide for a chamfered edge.
I cut this project from a 24"x24"x.75" blank, with the triangle's width at 23.5" with a 60 degree V mill (Amana RC-1148) at 90IPM feed, 40IPM plunge, and approximating 16kRPM as closely as I could with the router. The details may or may not show well/carve if it's carved a lot smaller than this.
