Notes from the author about this project.Introducing version 2.0 of my Bartop Arcade. Lots of changes on this one.

Top Panel: Cut to 19" wide by 6.5" deep. Cut a dado the length of the piece by the thickness of your acrylic and Difusser by 1/8" deep. Trim to fit in top dado groove
Lower Marquee Panel: Cut to 19" wide by 2.625" deep. Cut a dado the length of the piece by the thickness of your acrylic and Difusser by 1/8" deep. Trim to fit.
Joystick Panel: Cut to rough size of 18.5" long by 8.25" deep out of scrap piece from the Side Panels. For the dado groove for the joystick panel on the side panels, cut a piece of wood 3/4" wide by lentgh of groove (7.375") then trim to fit into dado and glue in place. Make slats from scrap piece leftover on the Side Panel piece.
Back Panel: Cut two pieces of wood 1.25" wide by 22" long. These will fit into the dados on the back of the side panels. Trim to fit. Rear Door will be secured to these slats
Bottom Panel: 19" x 12.25. Put into bottom dado when gluing up.
Monitor Panel: Cut out a piece 19" by 20.25. Cut a 15 degree cut on the bottom edge. Trim to fit. It should butt up to the top panel.
Side Panels: Cut a piece of wood 30.5 x 27.5" and cnc cut the side panels. Joystick Panel will be cut out from the scrap of this piece.
Front USB: 18.5 x 3.75 Panel Size. Place slats into the dado cut for the front USB panel. Cut the slats 1" wide by 2.625" then trim length to fit into dados between the joystick panel slats and the Bottom. USe scraps from the Side Panels cut piece to make slats.
Acrylic Marquee: Cut 18.5" by 2.625 and etch as needed.
