Edge probe for use on CNC routers. All parts should be either buildable on an SO3 or orderable from a catalog. Two fine pitch set screws are used to center the probe tip to the spindle.

Fabricated parts should all be buildable on Shapeoko or Nomad. The metal parts are designed to use the raw stock thickness so no face milling is required.

The most expensive components are the Renshaw probe (M3 threaded insert) and 3/8"-100 adjustment screws. Either of those could be substituted with alternative parts to bring the build cost down.

This looks awesome! Nice work on the design and drawings. Do you have any more info or a video of it in use?

Not just yet. I have one torn apart to tweak before testing.
