Edge probe for use on CNC routers. All parts should be either buildable on an SO3 or orderable from a catalog. Two fine pitch set screws are used to center the probe tip to the spindle.

Fabricated parts should all be buildable on Shapeoko or Nomad. The metal parts are designed to use the raw stock thickness so no face milling is required.
The most expensive components are the Renshaw probe (M3 threaded insert) and 3/8"-100 adjustment screws. Either of those could be substituted with alternative parts to bring the build cost down.
