Im really new to CNC and i noticed many of the downloadable files have the toolpaths already created. This is the part Im having trouble learning. I noticed this file doesnt have them. Is there a version that does? I would love to look at them and see how you went about designing the toolpaths...Ive learned so much by looking at others and how they designed their paths.Stumbleweed posted 9 months ago
I am working on the assumption (my first mistake) that the whole project is just removing material and not cutting out the letters and gluing them onto the board. I've begun to try to assign the parts/locations you have listed, I selected the main part of the body behind where the "A" lives on the piece. The tool path totally cut right over top of the A. I'm going to try to assign it it's parameters to see if I can get it discriminated. Not sure if this is the right approach or not.You must be signed in to leave a comment.
