This is a nice typography project. It looks like you have fit a few words into an existing piece of stock, so limitations withstanding, my feedback would be to accommodate the descender on the "y", increase linespacing between all lines instead of only that top line. If you can't then fit that on, decrease overall font size. If you then feel you have too much whitespace, try increasing the tracking, which is space between all characters.
