Train - Caboose
Toy train Caboose. Complete train set consists of an Engine, Tender, Flat Car, Passenger Car and caboose all made from a single 2x4. For the Caboose you will need 4ea. 1 1/2" wheels and 1/4" dowel.

Stock required:
3/4" x 3 1/2" x 4"
1/2" x 3 1/2" x 15"
3/8" x 3 1/2" x 12"
1/4" x 3 1/2" x 6"
1/4" Dowel 2ea. 1/2L, 1ea. 3/4"L, 2ea. 3"L
Assembly:
Use 2ea. 1/4" x 1/2"L dowel as alignment aide to glue two chassis half together.
The Caboose sides and bulkheads are glued to the chassis assembly.
The roof is then glued onto the sides using the alignment slot to position correctly.
Lastly, the roof top is added using two 1/2"L dowel to align to the roof.
Glue and insert the 3/4" long dowel into the blind hole in the chassis for linking to next car.
